From October 1st, 2025, a unique double room will become available on the charming Tollenstraat in Leiden. This living space consists of two identical rooms, rented together as one unit.

Each room is split over two levels: downstairs you’ll find a comfortable study and/or living area, while upstairs there is a separate sleeping loft. Together, the rooms offer a total surface of approx. 30 m². Both levels have windows that open for plenty of natural light and ventilation, and the radiator provides a pleasantly warm atmosphere.

You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine with just one housemate. In addition, there is a shared rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Tollenstraat is a quiet and friendly street, only a 1–2 minute bike ride from the city center and within easy reach of Leiden Central Station.
