The room is located on the second floor of the property. Thanks to the large windows at the rear of the building, the room benefits from plenty of natural light. It has a practical rectangular layout, allowing you to make optimal use of the space and easily create a comfortable living and study environment.

The kitchen and bathroom are also located on the second floor and are shared with one female housemate. In addition, a washing machine is available for shared use.
