  • 1. Presentation

    Our in-house real estate photographer will make an appointment with you to capture your home in the best possible way. Photos are of course taken, but also a map and a 3D walk-through immediately. Our text wizard then writes a smooth advertisement after which the house is ready to go 'online'.

  • 2. Advertise

    We carefully choose the moment at which we will advertise the property online. Of course we do this in consultation. Your home is for sale on Funda, Pararius and on our own frequently visited website.

  • 3. View

    The broker carefully coordinates the times when viewings can take place with you. It goes without saying that we plan these as closely as possible. Beforehand, we give you advice on the do's and don'ts to prepare your home for viewing. We plan an individual viewing moment with every potential buyer in order to offer them the best possible home experience.

  • 4. Negotiations

    Depending on your sales wishes and the number of potential buyers, we determine together how the negotiations will take place. During the negotiations, we maintain contact with you in an accessible manner in order to arrive at a purchase price that feels right.

  • 5. Delivery and key transfer

    When we have come to an agreement, we will schedule the appointment for the transfer of ownership with the notary. The broker will often be present. Prior to the delivery, we take care of the inspection round with the buyer and after the appointment of the notary, the buyer receives the keys.
