Optimize your chances

Welcome to us. We are glad that you are curious about how we work. We are happy to tell you.


It is not easy to find a rental property these days. We are aware of that. Unfortunately, we cannot take that challenge away. On the other hand, with the help of our working method, we do everything we can to make it as accessible and fair as possible for everyone.


To optimize your chances, we advise you to register with us. With your registration you will always receive our newsletter. This means that you are always immediately informed when we place new offers online. So you can be the first to respond and the first step has been taken.

How does that work?

Once you are registered with us, you can - as always - express your enthusiasm at any property that interests you. You can do this via our website or using various other rental platforms, for example via Pararius or Huurwoningen.nl.


Have you expressed your interest with us? We select eight candidates within 5 working days who can view the property. That selection takes place on the basis of the speed of response. As indicated, the candidates who are registered will be given priority.


Has no tenant been found during the first round of viewings? Then we plan a new round and you have a new chance.

How's that going?

If you are one of those eight fastest responses, you will receive an e-mail from us in which we share a date and time when you can view the property. Can not you? Then of course we think along about another suitable moment.


The broker will guide you during the viewing and will wait for you at the front door of the house.


He or she will then show you the property and provide you with all the necessary information. You can often make a video or photos to share an impression of the house with those who can help you with your choice. Of course you can ask the broker any questions you have during the viewing. Do you want to bring someone with you during the viewing? Cozy!

I have viewed a house and I want it!

The moment you would like to rent the house, send us an e-mail within 24 hours after the viewing in which you make this known. We only ask for personal documents when you have become the new tenant.


Of the eight candidates who come to view the house, there are often more who wish to rent the house in question.


The new candidate will be selected based on the homeowner's preferences. Has a tenant been selected and has he or she changed his mind? Simple, then a new candidate is selected. Of course, that gives you another chance at the home you have registered for.

I won the draw, now what?

Congratulations! Glad you found what you were looking for. You will soon receive an e-mail containing all the necessary information. We will ask you to complete and sign a number of documents. After receiving these documents, we will draw up the rental agreement and schedule a moment for the key transfer.


We will share the agreement with you well before the key handover. This means that you can read that document at your leisure and that you can ask questions about it.


You will often receive the invoice for the deposit and the first lease term at the same time as the rental agreement. Do you have a question? Then you can always contact us for this. So even if you have already received the key.
